We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, and we recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not fully satisfied after this period and it’s within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@cozypalette.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality of Cozy Palette products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days. If you are still not satisfied, you can return your purchase within the 60-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@cozypalette.com. To expedite your request, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your item is damaged due to a defect or physical breakage during shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at hello@cozypalette.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and may provide a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note: damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) without damage to the product itself is not considered an issue for replacement. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances during shipping. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not informed within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
